Day 1 - Argentine / Buenos Aires

Arrival in Buenos Aires

Meet and transfer to your hotel in the city center. Visit the historic Buenos Aires, starting with the colorful La Boca to San Telmo. Between the cobbled streets, discover the famous « conventillos » multi-storey family house, now overgrown with antiques. Then you go to the Plaza and the Avenida de Mayo, avenue and historical sites of Buenos Aires. Continue to Puerto Madero, flagship project of rehabilitation of old docks of the city. Today, an ultra-modern world, but remains true to its merchant maritime past

Day 2 - Argentine / Buenos Aires

Argentine - Buenos Aires - Casa de Gobierno

Explore the traditional Buenos Aires: the elitist Recoleta and its cemetery, the most famous of its guests is Evita Peron, then walk along the Alvear Avenue and its many mansions and galleries art. Stop at plaza Carlos Pellegrini, surrounded by embassies and nice mansions. Afternoon free for a personnal discovery of the city.  In the evening, transfer to a traditional house of Tango to attend a dinner-tango show.

Day 3 - Argentine / Ushuaia

Early morning flight to Ushuaia, the world’s southernmost city. Its amazing landscape between sea and mountain, its 14h to 18h hours of light day between October and March and the beauty of its flora and fauna make it a destination at any point striking. Upon arrival, excursion to  National Park Tierra del Fuego. The crossing by private vehicle park will bring you to the world’s southernmost road: the road to the End of the World. The Panamerican road finished indeed his race here before Lapataia Bay. Nearby, you can sometimes see in the summer, the activity of beavers in their natural habitat. Then, navigation on the Beagle Channel through the island « Lobos » (seals) and Bird Island and finally the Lighthouse « Les Eclaireurs »

Day 4 - Argentine / El Calafate

Argentine - El Calafate - Perito Moreno

Flight to El Calafate. Meet in this small city on Lake Argentino, the third largest lake in South America. Visit Perito Moreno glacier, the best known of the Argentine side of the southern part of the Andes. The footbridges allow observation of the glacier from different points of view. Be aware of falling ice, spectacular!

Day 5 - Argentine / El Calafate

Navigation on Lake Argentino « Rios de Hielo » for an exceptional day in the middle of Upsala, Onelli and Agassi glaciers. The navigation continues with the maritime arm that leads across the Spegazzini glacier.

Day 6 - Argentine / Chili / Puerto Natales

El Calafate / Puerto Natales, Chile

Transfer to the bus station to catch your bus to Puerto Natales, Chile. Arrival in Puerto Natales, which was one of the industrial centers of beef production in the area, the Historical Museum and Industrial Frigoríficos Bories keeps vestiges of this time.

Day 7 - Chili / Puerto Natales

Boat trip for the whole day to explore the glaciers Balmaceda and Serrano. This journey through the fjord takes you towards the top where Balmaceda throws this huge waterfall frozen for millennia: the Balmaceda glacier. The landscape is a unique blend of green spaces which cover the mountains and turquoise waters mingle with the mighty glaciers. During navigation you can observe sea lions and cormorants. Then stop for a walk through a forest of native trees to arrive at the foot of the majestic Serrano glacier and there enjoy this spectacle of nature.

Day 8 - Chili / Puerto Natales

Excursion to Torres del Paine National Park, visit the Milodon Cave on the way. The Torres del Paine National Park preserves a variety of landscapes, pampas, dense forests, lakes, lagoons and impressive glaciers. Spectacular and unique landscapes such as turquoise lakes, lagoons and waterfalls. Abundant archaeological evidence indicates that the area was permanently inhabited for millennia. Watchtowers stops to contemplate the Paine Massif and the Paine horns in all their splendor.

Day 9 - Chili / Santiago

Transfer to Punta Arenas airport for the flight to Santiago.

Day 10 - Chili / Santiago

Morning free and after a lunch at the typical Central Markey, you will have a city tour starting with the Constitution Square. You will cross the Presidential Palace or « La Moneda » to arrive at the place of Libertador Bernardo O’Higgins, on Alameda Avenue, the main avenue of the capital. On this same avenue you discover Errazuriz Palace,  Ariztía Palace and Irarrazabal Palace, architectural heritage of the city. Then, you will follow the Balmaceda Park, the Mapocho River, and see the old train station built by Gustave Eiffel, now a cultural center, the Estación Mapocho and the Parisian Forestal Park. The tour ends up in the San Cristobal Hill to enjoy a panoramic view of the city.

Day 11 - Chili / Santiago

Santiago / Valparaiso / Vina del Mar / Santiago

Morning departure towards Valparaiso, the « Jewel of the Pacific », a UNESCO Cultural Heritage of Humanity; From the pier you will go up the mystical hills thanks to lifts from 19th century; visit the  « 21 de Mayo » for a spectacular view of the bay of Valparaiso. Continue for a panoramic view of Viña del Mar, residential area of Valparaiso and summer resort. His carefully maintained subtropical vegetation, palms and banana trees,  has given its surname of  city-garden.
